The installation must be carried out by an MCS accredited installer, and the property must meet certain criteria – including having a valid EPC with no outstanding cavity wall or loft insulation recommendations.

How long does a heat pump installation take?

Will my existing radiators work with a heat pump?

Does a heat pump perform well in winter?

Can a heat pump provide hot water as well as heating?
